Holiday Wellness Retreats…
Gift yourself the gift of health
- Do you need a different kind of holiday season this year? One where taking care of yourself and possibly your closest loved ones is the intention…
- Do you feel outcast in your family because of your vaccination status?
- Do you need a break from the stress of the last year and a half?
Sadly, this time has been one of the most divisive in human history…
The division of humanity into the unvaccinated versus vaccinated has split families.
Sometimes we have to be alone or have a smaller circle until we find our tribe.
- Would you like a break from the familiar bustle of the holidays to take care of yourself?
- Pamper your health? Learn about your immune system?
- Be in nature?

Why don’t you do a wellness retreat in Sedona, Arizona?
My sincere hope is the breathtaking beauty and sunlight in the land of vortices will expand and heal you.
In dark times, we need to align with our soul, nurture our health and sense of wellbeing.
Find your own light this holiday season…
This wellness retreat intensive will include an in-depth consultation to determine your current health status and determine what you need, four acupuncture treatments, and two guided meditations.
There will be opportunities for a couple of group events during this retreat week but mostly you will be on a journey with me to emphasize your own healing. My hope is you will leave with more peace and a plan for a healthier, more vibrant you in 2022.

Laura Rubiales, ND, LAc
Dr. Laura Rubiales has been a licensed practicing naturopathic physician and acupuncturist for over 20 years. She has noticed repeatedly that certain incidents, especially those related to loss and trauma, can change people’s physiology, predisposing them to illness, and as a solution created this retreat to transition people to a healthier more fulfilling life at times of stress, trauma and/or loss.
While pre-med in undergrad, Laura became frustrated with the limitations of conventional medicine. This led her to study a more holistic approach to medicine. A graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr Rubiales has a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine.
